Career Highlights

Kat joined ALL4 in January 2025 as a Project Engineer. Since joining ALL4, she has had experience with Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, general air permitting and compliance, chemical reporting, and hazardous waste and material reporting. She is trained in Hazardous Waste Management and DOT Hazardous Materials. Prior to joining ALL4, Kat was a manufacturing engineer for Post Consumer Brands at the Meadville, PA pet food plant.

Kat graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in December 2022 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. During her time at Pitt, she completed three co-op rotations as a Process Engineering Co-op for the J.M. Smucker Company and played on the club women’s ice hockey team.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

The culture and how people embody the core values!

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)?  If so, what are/​were they?

Kat is actually a nickname for Katrina, but I’ve also been called Hurricane, KitKat, or Kitty Kat!

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Professional women’s ice hockey player

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

In 2022, I was Princess Peach and one of my teammates was Princess Daisy for our Halloween hockey practice. We taped crowns to our helmets and practiced the whole time with them on!

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

Demi Lovato backstage at her concert during her Disney Channel era, as well as several Philadelphia Flyers players

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I can do different accents, British and country are my favorites

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

Assuming food and water are accessible, lip balm, sunscreen, and my phone (for entertainment and to call for help!)
