SUMMARY:Air Quality Permitting &amp\; Noise Considerations for Data Centers
  and Power Generation in Texas
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nJoin ALL4 in Dallas\, Texas\, for an intensive one-da
y workshop on air quality permitting and noise considerations for data cen
ters\, with an optional Day 2 add-on focused on power generation permittin
g.\n\n\n\nWorkshop Overview\n\n\n\nAs data centers and power generation fa
cilities continue to expand across Texas\, navigating the state's air qual
ity permitting landscape and managing noise impacts has become increasingl
y complex. This two-day workshop\, led by ALL4 environmental permitting ex
perts\, equips environmental professionals\, project developers\, and site
selection teams with the foundational knowledge and practical tools neede
d to successfully permit greenfield facilities in Texas.\n\n\n\nDay 1 prov
ides a comprehensive grounding in federal and state air quality frameworks
\, Clean Air Act basics\, noise fundamentals\, and Texas-specific permitti
ng pathways for data centers — including emissions source identification
\, permit by rule\, NSR\, and PSD applicability. The evening of Day 1 conc
ludes with a hosted dinner.\n\n\n\nDay 2 is an add-on session focused on p
ower generation permitting in Texas\, covering TCEQ standard permits\, NSR
\, and PSD processes for gas reciprocating engines\, turbines\, and onsite
generation/microgrid configurations. Day 2 is designed for teams whose pr
ojects include onsite generation or are evaluating grid-edge power solutio
ns.\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\n\n\n\nThis workshop is limited to ALL4 clien
ts and qualified prospective clients. All registrations are subject to rev
iew and approval by ALL4\, and ALL4 reserves the right to decline or cance
l registrations that do not meet the event’s eligibility requirements.\n
\n\n\nRelevant roles and teams include:\n\n\n\n\nEnvironmental managers an
d permitting leads at data center developers and operators\n\n\n\nSite sel
ection and real estate teams evaluating Texas greenfield opportunities\n\n
\n\nPower generation project developers and EPC contractors\n\n\n\nLegal a
nd compliance professionals supporting facility development\n\n\n\nIn-hous
e engineers and technical professionals involved in data center or power g
 eneration projects\n\n\n\n\nContinuing Education\n\n\n\nParticipants may b
e eligible to earn up to 8 continuing education contact hours for Day 1 an
d up to 13 continuing education contact hours for attending both days. Cer
tificates of completion will be provided. Attendees are responsible for co
nfirming that the workshop satisfies the continuing education requirements
of their applicable PE\, CSP\, CIH\, or CHMM credentialing organization.\
n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\nSpace is limited. Reserve your spot today for t
his interactive workshop designed for environmental\, permitting\, complia
nce\, legal\, engineering\, and development professionals supporting data
center and power generation projects.\n\n\n\n\nRegister now\n\n\n\n\nAgend
 a:\n\n\n\nDay 1 — Air Quality &amp\; Noise Fundamentals + Texas Data Cen
ter Permitting\n\n\n\nDay 1 includes lunch and concludes with a compliment
ary hosted dinner for all registered attendees. The dinner will provide an
informal opportunity to continue the day’s discussions and connect with
other attendees and ALL4 presenters. Dinner venue details will be announc
ed.\n\n\n\nMorning Session | Foundations of Air Quality and Noise (8:00 AM
  – 12:00 PM)This session establishes the federal and state regulatory fo
undation participants will use throughout the workshop. It introduces the
core air quality and noise concepts that influence site selection\, facili
ty design\, permitting strategy\, and long-term compliance planning. Topic
 s include:\n\n\n\n\nClean Air Act Overview\n\n\n\nAttainment &amp\; Nonatt
 ainment\n\n\n\nNSPS Subparts: IIII\, JJJJ\, KKKKa\, &amp\; TTTTa\n\n\n\nAi
 r Dispersion Modeling Basics\n\n\n\nNoise Fundamentals\n\n\n\n\nAfternoon
Session | Texas Air Quality Permitting for Data Centers (1:00 – 3:30 PM)
This session focuses on the practical application of Texas air permitting
requirements to data center development. Participants will explore common
emissions sources\, available permitting pathways\, and the factors that c
an affect project scope\, timing\, and regulatory strategy. Topics include
 :\n\n\n\n\nData Center Emissions Sources\n\n\n\nPermit by Rule (PBR)\n\n\n
 \nNSR &amp\; PSD Applicability\n\n\n\nPermitting Case Studies\n\n\n\n\nAft
ernoon Session (cont.) | Noise Considerations for Data Centers (3:30 – 5
:30 PM)This session examines the primary noise sources associated with dat
a center construction and operations\, along with the assessment and mitig
ation approaches that can help manage impacts at nearby properties and sen
sitive receptors. Topics include:\n\n\n\n\nData Center Noise Sources\n\n\n
 \nNoise Propagation &amp\; Assessment Methods\n\n\n\nNoise Mitigation Stra
 tegies\n\n\n\nTexas Noise Regulations &amp\; Community Considerations\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\nDay 2 (Add-On) — Power Generation Permitting in Texas\n\n\n
\nRegistration for Day 2 is available exclusively to Day 1 attendees at an
additional cost of $400. This optional session is designed for teams eval
uating onsite generation\, microgrids\, or large-scale backup generation.
Lunch will be on your own.\n\n\n\nMorning Session | Power Generation Permi
tting in Texas (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)This session addresses the air permit
ting considerations unique to power generation projects in Texas. Particip
ants will review common equipment configurations\, available permitting me
chanisms\, and the regulatory issues that can shape development schedules
and overall project strategy. Topics include:\n\n\n\n\nPower Generation Em
issions Sources\n\n\n\nTCEQ Standard Permit\n\n\n\nNSR for Power Generatio
