In order for us to accomplish our philosophy of “owning” our clients’ environmental issues and acting as if we “are” our clients, we take great care to develop relationships with our clients that make it natural for us to function in this manner. Building any relationship, be it a friendship, family, partnership or otherwise requires both parties to get to know what makes each other tick. In order to facilitate that process we felt it would be helpful (and fun!) to provide a little biography about each of our consultants that will reveal a lot more than just where they went to college and what professional experience they have (although you will get that too). In place of an annual review, staff give and receive feedback as part of a process of continuous improvement, developing coaching and mentorship relationships that help them maximize their career potential and serve clients in the best manner possible.
